I just decided to check in on my blog today, and wow it's been a looong time! I have all these unpublished posts from so long ago and here is one of them.
This was at least a few years ago when my friend asked me to put together a lunch for the girls at church with a rainbow theme. I did a Cafe Rio salad since it was easy to tie in some rainbow toppings. The cupcakes were so fun to make! I'm sure you've seen them on Pinterest.
