Chex Mix is a holiday tradition in my family.
It is also a tradition to accuse each other of picking out all the good stuff. The worst was to find the bag of Chex Mix only to have the last of it be wheat chex and brazil nuts.
To solve this issue, I've decided to take away all the yucky stuff and only put the good stuff in my Chex Mix.
Instead of the 3 cups of Wheat Chex, I put in 3 cups of Bugles. Instead of one cup of mixed nuts, I only add cashews and peanuts. I also subract the Bagle Chips and add more of the other Chex or Bugles instead.
