Bran Muffins with Pumpkin

I think this will be the year of the pumpkin!  Ha! 

I made some of these bran muffins last week and thought I would try replacing the cup of oil with one cup of my pumpkin puree. 

You couldn't even taste the pumpkin.  The muffins weren't quite as light and fluffy, but they were still good!!

I wonder what other kinds of things I'll be adding pumpkin to...
