I did the food for my friends wedding in the spring of this year and she wanted a pizza dip of some sort so I tried this recipe and it was a winner! I leave out some toppings that he used and used an Italian blend of cheeses too. The first time I made this I made some crostini to use to dip, but then my friend found these Town House Pita Herb crackers that tastes great to use as dippers. Delicious! Every time I make this it gets devoured!
The first time I made this I used the larger pepperoni then realized the miniature pepperonis would work better. |
