Do you remember me posting the Chili's Southwestern Eggroll Recipe? Well, I made them for dinner last night as large burritos, and I tweaked the recipe some - and made me love these even more (if that's possible!). Seriously, soooo delicious.
I was thinking about it, and these would make the VERY BEST super bowl party appetizer. You should add it to your menu!
Check out the recipe with the added changes. At the end of the post I also added some ways you could make this vegetarian, and I think it would still taste great!
