Meal Planning

Not sure what to make for dinner? Here's something that may guide you in your planning. My sister sets a main ingredient for each day of the week, and then looks for a recipe that uses that main ingredient. I think it's a great idea! This is what she does:

Monday - Breakfast for dinner (I'll post a souffle she just made after I try it first!)
Tuesday - Chicken
Wednesday - Beans
Thursday - Red meat
Friday - Fish

Little sisters have good ideas sometimes too. ;)
